9Wickets Terms — The Rules, in Plain Language

Eligibility, accounts and KYC, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, fair play, agents, privacy, responsible gambling and liability — written to be read, not to be skimmed past. Please start with the notice below.

Before You Read These Terms

We would rather be honest about what this page is than let it look more official than it is.

This is a plain-language template — not legal advice

It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What follows is a clear, honest summary of the rules that normally apply to a betting account in Bangladesh, written so that a player can actually understand them. It is not a contract, it is not legal advice, and no lawyer has reviewed it. It does not replace, override or reproduce the operator’s own terms and conditions.

Where this page and an official 9Wickets channel disagree, the official channel is correct. If you need a definitive answer about your account, your money or a bet, ask 9Wickets customer support — not this page, and not a stranger in a group chat.

9Wickets is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to open an account, make a deposit, place a bet or play a casino game. This is not a formality printed in a footer — it is the reason accounts are verified at all, and it is the one rule that has no exceptions, no workarounds and no agent who can wave it through for you.

What you are confirming when you register

By opening a 9Wickets account you are stating that you are 18 or over, that the details you gave are true and your own, and that you are acting for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else. An account opened with someone else’s name, phone number or mobile wallet is not a shortcut — it is the exact pattern that surfaces at the worst possible moment, which is the day you try to withdraw.

Where you are playing from

Online betting is regulated differently from country to country, and the law that applies to you is the law where you actually are. It is your responsibility to know whether you are allowed to use a betting platform from your location — not ours, and not your agent’s.

If you are under 18, stop here. Nothing else on this page applies to you.

Your 9Wickets account is personal to you. The username, the password, and everything that happens under that login is your responsibility — which is why the platform needs to be certain, before it pays anyone, that you are who you say you are.

What KYC is and why it exists

KYC — “know your customer” — is the identity check that proves three things: that you are a real person, that you are over 18, and that the account genuinely belongs to you. It is normal on any platform that moves money. Its practical purpose is simple: it is what makes a stolen account worthless, and one day the account it protects may be yours.

The detail that decides whether a payout is smooth

The name on your account, the name you verify, and the name on the mobile wallet you want to be paid into must all be the same person. If they are not, the payout cannot be completed — not because anyone is being difficult, but because paying it would defeat the entire point of the check. Verify early, while nothing is at stake.

Keeping the account yours

Choose a password you do not use anywhere else, and do not let anyone log in “for” you — not a friend, not an agent, not someone claiming to be support. Anyone with your password can move your balance. 9Wickets will never ask you for your password, your mobile wallet PIN or an OTP code. Any request for one of those is an attack, whatever story comes with it.

Real support never asks for a password, a PIN or an OTP. Ever. No exceptions.

You may hold one 9Wickets account, and only one. One person, one account, one verified identity, one mobile wallet in that same name.

Why duplicate accounts are a problem, not a loophole

The same person under two names, two accounts sharing a single wallet, an account opened “for” a family member — these are precisely the patterns that fraud checks are built to catch, and they are also how bonus abuse works. They rarely cause trouble on day one. They cause trouble on the day there is money to withdraw, which is the worst possible day to discover a problem.

If it has already happened

If you have somehow ended up with more than one account, do not simply abandon the spare. Tell customer support and have it sorted out while there is nothing at stake. Coming forward is always cheaper than being found.

9Wickets works on the mobile wallets Bangladeshi players already use: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Money in and money out both run on those rails.

Deposits

Send from a wallet registered in your own name, to destination details you obtained through an official channel — the official deposit instructions in your account, or an agent published on the official master agent list. Never to details pasted into a chat by someone you have not verified. Keep the transaction ID and a screenshot of every payment you make; if a deposit ever goes missing, that record is the first thing support will ask for, and without it there is very little anyone can do.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are returned to a mobile wallet in the verified account holder’s name, once the request has passed 9Wickets’ checks. A withdrawal to a wallet belonging to someone else cannot be completed. If the only wallet you can use is in a relative’s name, resolve that before you deposit — not after you have won something.

Fees, limits and timings

Any minimums, maximums, charges and processing times are set by 9Wickets and by the mobile-wallet operators, and they can change. We deliberately do not publish figures here, because a stale number is worse than no number — it is exactly the sort of thing players quote back at support months later. Ask customer support or your official agent for the current terms before you plan around a figure you read somewhere.

If a payment does not arrive

Do not send it again — a second payment usually creates a second problem rather than solving the first. Collect the transaction ID, the amount, the time, the wallet you sent from and the confirmation screenshot, then contact support with all of it.

Screenshot every deposit and withdrawal as you make it. The transaction ID is the whole case.

Promotions run from time to time, and what is live changes. You will not find a bonus figure anywhere on this site, and that is a deliberate choice: an amount printed today would be a lie in three months.

Terms attach to every offer

Qualifying deposits, wagering requirements, which markets or games count towards them, time limits and eligibility all differ from one promotion to the next. The headline number tells you almost nothing on its own; the terms decide whether the offer is worth taking. Read them before you opt in, and if the wording is unclear, ask support to explain it in plain language before you deposit against it.

Where genuine offers are announced

On official 9Wickets channels only — the official website, the official social accounts, and official customer support. That is the complete list. A “bonus code” or “VIP offer” that reaches you in a private message has not been announced; it has been invented. Never pay anyone to receive a bonus, and never share a password, PIN or OTP in exchange for one.

Abuse

Duplicate accounts, coordinated groups, and patterns of play designed purely to extract a promotion rather than to bet are treated as bonus abuse, and can cost you the bonus, the winnings derived from it, or the account.

The platform only works if everyone using it is a real person betting for themselves. The following are not permitted, and any of them can lead to bets being voided, funds being withheld pending investigation, or an account being closed.

Prohibited

  • Opening or using more than one account, or using someone else’s account.
  • Registering with false details, or with a mobile wallet that is not yours.
  • Bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software used to place or manipulate bets.
  • Exploiting a technical fault, a pricing error or an obvious mistake in the odds.
  • Collusion between accounts, or betting arranged with inside information.
  • Chargebacks, fraudulent payments, or money that is not lawfully yours.
  • Impersonating 9Wickets, its support team, or one of its agents.

Bets, odds and settlement

Once a bet is accepted it stands. The odds that matter are the ones attached to your bet at the moment it is accepted — not the ones you saw a minute earlier, which in a live market can be a meaningful difference. Settlement follows the published rules of the specific market you bet on: abandonment, postponement and void events are handled differently by different sports, and there is no single answer that is true across all of them. If the wording is not clear, ask before you stake, not after.

Prediction “tools” and guaranteed wins

Casino games run on the providers’ own systems and live tables use real dealers. No agent, no “insider” and no app can tell you what the next card or spin will be. Every hack, signal group, guaranteed pattern and prediction tool you are offered is a scam aimed at people who want to believe — they sell certainty, which is the one thing a casino game categorically cannot provide.

Most players in Bangladesh open their account, deposit and withdraw through an agent: a local point of contact who does the practical legwork and answers questions in Bangla. It is a genuinely useful role — and it is the part of the system that impersonators target.

The rule

Deal only with an agent published on the official 9Wickets master agent list. Open that list yourself, from a 9Wickets link you already trust — never from a link somebody pasted into a chat, because that is exactly how cloned pages spread. Match the contact digit by digit. If anything is off, or the contact is not listed, stop and ask support before you send money.

What an agent never needs

A genuine agent helps you use your account. They do not need to log in as you, and they will never ask for your password, your wallet PIN or an OTP. Anyone who does is trying to rob you, however convincing the conversation feels.

If you send money to an unlisted “agent”

An unverified agent is a stranger with your money and a plausible story. Once a deposit has left your wallet to a contact who is not on the official list, nobody — not 9Wickets, not your wallet provider — is in a position to unwind it for you. The full four-step check is on our agent verification page.

Not on the official master agent list? Then that person is not a 9Wickets agent.

To open and verify an account, and to move money in and out of it, 9Wickets necessarily handles personal information — your name, your contact details, your mobile wallet, your verification documents and your transaction history.

What it is used for

Running your account: creating it, verifying it, processing deposits and withdrawals, preventing fraud, and meeting whatever legal and regulatory obligations apply to the operator. That is the purpose of the data, and it is why the checks exist at all.

What this site is, and is not

9wicketes.com is an information site about 9Wickets. It does not take your deposits, hold your balance, or process your withdrawals — those all happen on the 9Wickets platform itself and through official 9Wickets channels. For the operator’s own privacy policy and data practices, ask 9Wickets customer support; they are the source of truth, and we will not paraphrase a policy we do not control.

Protecting yourself

Never send verification documents, screenshots of your wallet, or account details to anyone who contacted you first. Genuine support is support you reached, through an official link.

Betting is entertainment. It stops being entertainment the moment it becomes a plan for making money — and that shift is quiet enough that most people miss it in themselves.

The habits that keep it entertainment

  • Set the amount before you start. Decide what a session costs you and treat it as spent the moment you deposit.
  • Never chase a loss. The bet placed to win back the last one is the most expensive bet in gambling.
  • Never stake borrowed money, or money that belongs to a bill, a rent payment or someone else.
  • Take breaks — especially in live markets, where the pace is designed to keep you deciding.
  • Treat a win as a good night, not as income. Every casino game carries a house edge; over enough play the maths favours the house, and that is the design rather than a defect.

Warning signs

Betting more than you meant to. Hiding it. Borrowing to fund it. Chasing losses. Feeling anxious when you are not playing. If any of those are familiar, stop playing that day and say it out loud to someone you trust.

Getting help

Ask 9Wickets customer support what account limits or pauses are available to you. And if it has gone further than that, please seek proper support from a health professional or a helpline in Bangladesh. This is a health issue, not a discipline failure, and asking early costs you nothing.

Strictly 18+. If gambling has stopped being fun, stop — and ask for help.

This website publishes information about 9Wickets. It is not the operator, it does not run the betting platform, and it does not hold, move or control your money.

What we can and cannot be responsible for

We work hard to keep what is published here accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date at the moment you read it — odds, markets, promotions, payment terms and agent listings all change, and the operator changes them, not us. Where this site and an official 9Wickets channel disagree, the official channel is correct.

Your decisions are yours

Any bet you place, any deposit you make, and any person you choose to deal with is your own decision. We are not liable for losses arising from betting, from a payment sent to a contact you did not verify against the official master agent list, or from any interruption or fault in the operator’s platform.

Third-party links

Links to official 9Wickets pages and to WhatsApp are provided for convenience. Those destinations are run by other parties and governed by their own terms.

These terms can change — because the platform changes, because the payment operators change their rules, and because we would rather correct a page than leave a stale one standing.

How changes take effect

The version published on this page is the current one. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated text. There is no notification list and we will not pretend there is one; if a rule matters to your money, check the page rather than rely on remembering an old version.

The operator’s terms govern

Whatever is written here, the terms and conditions published by 9Wickets itself are the ones that govern your account, your bets and your money. If you need a definitive answer on any of them, ask 9Wickets customer support.
